We are so grateful to people like you who are generous enough to want to donate presents to patients in hospital at Christmas. We work hard to make Christmas a special time for our patients and colleagues, particularly for our youngest patients. But, this festive season, we have a small favour to ask of you:

Instead of donating a present to a patient in hospital this Christmas, will you consider making a monetary donation to our Festive Appeal?

Quite often when we receive physical gifts, patients of certain ages are missed out, so as a charity we support our wards and departments by funding gifts. By doing this, we are able to purchase things which are age appropriate and suitable for all of our patients. In additon the funds we raise also enables us to orgnaise lots of other festive events and activities such as our Winter Wonderland which is organised for our Children’s ward.

Present Drop Off

If you would prefer to still collect gifts, these are still massively appreciated and we ask that you liaise through the Charity Team to organise your gift collection/ drop off rather than directly with wards. Our wards are incredibly busy throughout the winter season and we’re here to support them. If you are a business or communtiy group please contact us to organise a drop-off for large deliveries so we can accomodate gifts for patients. All gifts should come unwrapped, but we welcome any donations of wrapping paper and tape!
